As most of you are already aware, our South Florida-based business was hit hard by two back-to-back hurricanes which is very unusual even in South Florida. We certainly appreciate your kind words, thoughts and patience as we recovered from two major power outages affecting our phones, fax, e-mail and web site. As a result of the hurricanes there was no VRNewsletter sent in September. We have consolidated information for your review to cover September and October in this issue.
