    We will be kicking off the New Year in Orlando, Florida at the ATIA conference to showcase Dragon NaturallySpeaking and the iCommunicator products. The conference will be held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and runs from January 14 ~17 and you can find us in Booth 27. This show will specialize in assistive technology available to accommodate various types of disabilities. This show will be of particular interest to schools and government agencies to see firsthand the very latest in assistive technology. Please feel free to stop by and see us in person.     About our support

     

    Voicerecognition.com is proud to offer some of the best and most up-to-date support available anywhere. We wanted to take a moment and tell you a little bit more about what exactly our support involves.

     

    We support our products in four main ways: phone based support, web-based support, desktop streaming media and through our online forum.

     

    Many of our higher end products qualify for 45 days of phone based support in which you may speak to a live technical representative during normal business hours to discuss specific technical problems you may be encountering. These types of problems may include resolving error messages, problems installing our software, or any trouble you may be having creating a voice profile.

     

    All products qualify for web-based support for 45 days in which you may e-mail our company and receive a response within two business days to your issue. Please do keep in mind however, that technical support involves problems and/ or error messages with this software and would not include such services as creating macros or specific templates in Dragon NaturallySpeaking. For a quotation on such services, please contact us so that we may get more detailed information and provide you with a cost estimate on additional services.

     

    Desktop streaming media offers a very effective and unique way to offer technical support by allowing you and your technical support representative to share computer screens. Our technical support representative can then access your PC remotely and help you make any changes to your computer while at the same time showing you where you can go on your own to resolve similar issues in the future. Desktop streaming media support is just as effective as having a technical support representative sit right next to you by your PC and help you walk through various support issues.

     

    Lastly, the voice recognition users group (VRUG) and our Forum are available. The VRUG is one of the most extensive and up-to-date archives of various questions, issues and their resolutions available anywhere on the Internet. Our forum is free of charge to anyone who wishes to access the database of Dragon NaturallySpeaking questions, issues and technical support. We update this forum on a daily basis so you can be assured that the information is as up-to-date as possible.
