Try these Shortcuts to help Speed up routine tasks:
Use the "make that a shortcut" Command to Create
a Text Macro. A text Macro is a Custom Command that you create to insert blocks
of Text. For Example you might create a macro called "insert Signature" to
insert your Signature and Company information.
1. Dictate Text you would like to use in macro.
2. Say "Make that a Shortcut"
3.In the MyCommand Name box, enter what you will say to give the command. Choose
a phrase that is easy to remember but not likely to be used in normal dictation.
4. Say "Save" or "Click Save"
Use the "add that as a phrase" command to add
phrases to your vocabulary.
1. Dictate a Phrase example "21st Century
Eloquence"
2. Select Text Say "Select 21st Century Eloquence"
3. SAY "add that as a phrase"
4. SAY "Click ADD"
5. SAY "Click Close"
