How to train multiple custom words added to your vocabulary in Dragon NaturallySpeaking 6.0:

1. On the Dragon NaturallySpeaking 6.0 Professional Toolbar   Click "Words" 

2. Click "View/Edit" to open the Vocabulary Editor

3. Select "Custom Words Only" from the "Display" drop down

4. Click the first word in the list 

5. Hold the "Shift key" down and click the last word in the list

6.  Click the "Train" button
