The following script was written for Dragon NaturallySpeaking 6.0 Pro Versions and Microsoft Word 2000. The script enables you to open Microsoft Word Templates by using the command "Open" and the "document template name".

1. On the Dragon Toolbar Click "Tools"
2. Click "Add New Command"
3. My Command Name: open <name_of_document_template>
4. In the MYCommands Editor Click on "name_of_document_template"
5. Click the "Edit" Button
6. In the "List Contents" Window Type The Name of your MS Word Document Templates. Each Template Name should be on a separate line. Note: Do not include the file .dot extension.
7. Click OK
8. Click OK (You should be back at the "MyCommands Editor" Window)
9. Availability Choose "Application Specific"
10. Application choose "Microsoft Word"
11. Command Type Choose "Advanced Scripting"
12. RIGHT CLICK in the Scripting Window
13. Click "References"
14. CHECK (select) Microsoft Word 9.0 Object Library
15. Click OK

Insert the following (Copy/Paste) into the Scripting Window
