Charles:
1. Yes. This will happen automatically if you upgrade ver 2 to ver 3. IE
your old voice files will be usable in ver 3, but won't have BestMatch.
You can use these as long as you like. For best accuracy you will want
to start a New user with new vocabulary (topic) as soon as you have
time.
2. Don't have any experience with UK versions. Don't know.
