Lloyd,
I haven't found a macro for F8 -- others in the group may have an answer
<???>
Have you tried MouseGrid? If moving paragraphs, it's fairly
straightforward to select the paragraph then cut and paste. You can direct
the mouse (MouseGrid Window, n n n where 'n' are successive grid numbers
for resizing and homing in on where you want the cursor to go). You can
direct mouse to go up, down, left and right to fine tune the positioning.
To select text within a paragraph is bit tricky but you can Select text, if
it's a short phrase, or go to phrase then MouseGrid click and drag to the
end of the block before cutting etc.
On word of caution. Save you document (and voice files) before attempting
any tricky manouevres. I often find when trying to select a word like
"always", Draggy thinks I said "Select All" and at the next sound -- hey
presto! -- one nice fresh, clean document on screen!
Have fun!
