blocks in NaturalWord

What would be the best hands-off way for me to cut and paste while
using Natural Word? I'd like to be able to tell it it to" begin
Block"(F8), then make the Block where I want it, then move the Block
where I want it all using voice commands. Any suggestions? Thanks --
