I found out the hard way that when you get a new mic - you need to
retrain from the beginning. I purchased the Talk Mic - did not retrain -
and got terrible accuracy. Then - from advice on this newsgroup - I
finally ditched everything and retrained (extensively) from scratch with
my new Talk Mic. I now get better accuracy that I ever received with my
old (don't know brand - came with Nat Speak Personal) mic.
Try it before you give up on the Talk Mic - it is a great mic - buit
only when you start from the beginning and train everything with it!
