Aside from the following three locations are you or anyone else aware
of any other folders which are scanned?
"C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu"
"C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs"
"C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\DragonDictate for Windows"
