DragonDictate AppBring Up anomaly

Help! I am being driven demented by an entry in DragonDictate' s Bring up group which I need to delete or disable. However every time Idelete or modify the command using vocabulary manager it pops up again exactly as before after I reboot my PC. Since accidental execution of the command crashes the PC I have a major problem!


Can anyone suggest how I might delete the command permanently?
