AppBringUp "Explorer" problems

My DragonDictate v 3.02 command to bring up Microsoft Explorer v. 4 via Winows 95 seems to have "gone off". I have re-installed the command several times but it still does not bring up the application. The command (taken from a functioning icon for the same application) is below.


AppBringUp "Explorer","C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE",1,"C:\WINDOWS"


When used the voice bar displays "bring up", followed by "Explorer". Although the file EXPLORER.EXE exists and does what you would expect, nothing happens!


Can anyone please offer any suggestions?
