I just tried to reproduce this, and was able to, but only when a menu
was selected. For example, if I say click format, then
NaturallySpeaking goes into "tracking mode", where only commands
(possibly only global commands?) are recognized. Also, if I say "click
format" and then "cancel" the format menu is canceled, but the menu bar
is still selected (like when you hit the alt key and release it without
pressing any other key), and the result is the same. You should be able
to tell if this is the problem because the word "file" in the menu bar
remains highlighted, although the file menu is not pulled down.
There may very well be other cases for this occurs. Maybe others on the
list will have ideas. Otherwise, next time it happens, note the exact
circumstance and check with technical support.
