Association. With the exception of noise from a vacuum cleaner right before
the doors opened; I saw no recognition errors that I would attribute to
background noise. Overall recognition was such that with 20-point Arial
type, a normal, full 600x800 screen had 0-2 errors in dictated text.
One little "funny" -- with the DNS Legal Suite, it seems insistent on
producing the words "for some" instead of "foursome" (as in golf)... Now
which is really more common for lawyers to use??? I was reading from the
conference program when I ran into this.

It works fine in a quiet room and you can assign the buttons on the
deluxe to mic on/off etc BUT it is NOT noise cancelling and tends to
pickup sounds easily.
