While $250 is not a major expense for a single PC, the expense of
upgrading 100's or 1000's (e.g. in organizations) of PCs is SIGNIFICANT!
Furthermore, the hard drive is the least of the expenses... consider the
tech support time spent removing the old drive, installing the new
drive, transferring files from the old drive to the new drive, etc.
