As to what Dragon uses, I do not know.
I also have 18 codecs in WIN98 Beta 3 from various installations.
I believe that other than basic mixer LINE INPUT, MICROPHONE INPUT, and
VOLUME SETTING, Dragon does
everything within its own software. Probably sampling rate, (codecs?), and
waveform processing.
Perhaps an engineer from Dragon can enlighten us all.
