'too' when you say the words (for example) "intensive too", and 'two' when
you say (for example) "number two". I do the same for 'or' and 'all' which
my British vowels render similar (i.e. "disjunctive or" and "inclusive
all"). It may appear a little laborious at first, but it is ultimately
quicker than correcting the inevitable mistake.

I'm wondering how to make Power Secretary do better at recognizing when
to use "to", "too", and "two". Obviously, they sound exactly the same so
it has to do this by context only. I've found it almost always chooses
"to". This would appear to be a safe bet, as I am quite sure this is the
most common. The Dragon Co. people say it is able to use context to
figure this out, but I have my doubts. The only time it is pretty
consistent is with a set of numbers."
