Apparently there _is_ a difference: the SB 16 PnP, which I have,
is just fine, the Vibra to be avoided.

Dell have no standard custom options (!) that are completely OK
on a 233 -- they do have a Turtle Beach but I couldn't make
out whether that was the original card or TB wavetable add-on.
Elonex, a UK firm (which is good) is the only one I know that
routinely offers the true SBs.
