routine should make the Backup copy (which is created after five saves
of your voice file) of a voice file replace the Current voice file. If
you have tried it did you get the following error displayed on your
screen:
ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
I can look in the Windows Explorer at my user files, they all have a
Backup folder with stuff in them.
The dragon.log has the following exceptional lines in it:

Unable to open the registry dump file
"C:\NATSPEAK\Users\Ruthtest\backup\UserReg"
The error code was 2.
Exception at line 922 in voicemen.cpp
Windows returned an unexpected error code: Details are
ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

I sent tech support the full file and lots of information about my
system and exactly what I did to Restore - today. Hopefully I'll hear
back from them soon but was wondering if anyone else had tried to do a
Restore and their results were.
