If you do your DOS work in a DOS window under Windows, you should be
able to use DragonDictate (which comes on the CD with NaturallySpeaking
Deluxe, but not other versions of NaturallySpeaking) to dictate into a
DOS window.
If you need to work on a computer that has been booted running DOS, I
believe Dragon Systems still sells DragonDictate for DOS. So, you
could get both products and run the appropriate one as needed. This
might require 2 sound cards; check with Dragon Systems.
I've used DragonDictate 2.5 to dictate into a DOS window under Windows,
but only briefly. I did run into a problem on my home system (Windows 95)
where bringing up a DOS window while DragonDictate was running
would crash Windows. I had to bring up the DOS window and then start
DragonDictate.
