I agree. Universities make various kinds of provision for
students who for reasons of disability or illness cannot
sit a test with others, as did my grammar school when
I sat my "O" Levels when I had chicken-pox.

It would be disgraceful not to arrange something-or-other.
Our set-up means we don't even have to supply extra staff but
my school -- which was a state school -- managed to get
someone to help out.
