headset telephone switch

many people have asked about this. I just saw something in a catalog from
Tiger (800-888-4437 or http://www.tigerdirect.com) from Vxi called the
parrot switch 60v for $100 which describes itself as "switch adapter to
interface the selected parrot upper headset assembly to both the computer
sound card and the telephone". Several models of vxi parrot headset for
computer and speech recognition are listed on the page including a
endorsement by Dragon rating the parrot headset #1 for naturally speaking.


I assume the parrot headset are the same models dragon has been reselling if
they are endorsing them although I don't recall seeing the parrot brand name
listed in the Dragon compatibility listing so perhaps Dragon refers to them
by a different name.


Has anyone seen or tried this switch box? If so any comments on how well it
works or doesn't work?
