I believe that mfc42.dll was only an issue with Nat Personal, version
1.0. With Nat Deluxe, version 2.02, I have tried the 919k one, the
920k, one and the one that version 1.0 likes (990k) and it doesn't seem
to matter to Nat. However, it is interesting to note that if you rename
mfc42.dll to mfc42.old and do an uninstall/reinstall of Nat version
2.02, it still loads the 990k one. David, did you load Office 97 last?
Do you have Outlook, Exchange and FindFast enabled? (this is a wild
guess but a full install of Office 97 screwed up my whole system
resulting in about 2 solid days work to get everything working happily
together again)
