Choose and Select not working in correction box

My husband just sent an error question to the group and now I have a
question--I just started a new voice file for myself with the TalkMic.
Everything was going fine and all of a sudden I get no response when I
say either "Choose #" or "Select #" in the correction dialog box. I
must click the mouse on it--won't accept voice input. I switched back
to my other voice file and VXI mic and it chooses and selects just
fine. Any ideas?? Thanks.
