I don't know the direct answer to your question, but I have upgraded
from NaturallySpeaking Personal version 1 to NaturallySpeaking Preferred
version 2.02. I can tell you that it runs significantly slower than
personal version 1, using a non-MMX Pentium. If you have and am MMX
Pentium get is supposed to run about the same speed. I was moderately
satisfied running version 1 personal on my non-MMX Pentium 166 using
Windows 95 and 64 meg ram. I was very unhappy when I upgraded to
NaturallySpeaking Preferred version 2.02 with the same hardware.
