Natspeak 2.02 preferred additional hardware requirements?

I'm thinking of upgrading Natspeak 1.0 personal to v2.02 preferred version.
Only prb is hardware requirements. Will v2.02 preferred run on a Pentium 120
with 48meg RAM under NT4.0. I'm not talking about whether its pleasant to
use? I know my hardware side is somewhat under spec but its been working
acceptably for my purposes with v1.0 and its going to stay that way for
another 6 months or so. So will the 2.02 upgrade perform about as well
recognition speed wise as 1.0 currently does or are the hardware demands
significantly steeper for the new version?
