I don't use Eurdora, use Netscape, but you might try this:
(assuming that you've downloaded/installed the 3.01 and 3.02 patches)
Say "Bring Up" then say "What Can I Say" This should give you a list
of the programs that Dragon is able to call by voice. It could be that
Eudora Pro to you is XYZ Eudora or something else to Dragon. I kept
saying "Bring Up" "Explorer" and not getting what I wanted until I did
this only to learn that what I needed to be saying was "Windows
Explorer"
