It is about 175 pages, with about 75 pages applicable to NaturallySpeaking in
general and 100 pages applicable primarily to Deluxe Edition. It is more of
a training manual/guide than a book about using NaturallySpeaking. That is,
it includes very specific exercises for teaching various NaturallySpeaking
features.
It was originally written with mental health providers as the target audience.
It has been revised several times as more and more is learned about these
products.
For any mental health professionals, there is a more complete manual directly
aimed at mental health users of NaturallySpeaking and/or DragonDictate from
the same authors. It includes a diskette with words, phrases, forms,
boilerplate, etc. suitable for mental health usage.

I am one of these people who likes to read a manual to get the most out od
a program. Needless to say, bot Natually Speaking and ViaVoice have their
manuals as on line help with minimal printed stuff.
So, I went to the stores to see if there were any how-to books on either
in print and was not able to find any. Surprising in view of the plethora
of such books on all types of computer programs.
Anyone know of any books on these voice recognition programs?
Thanks
