I'm still plugging away with standard ViaVoice (to keep the learning
curve down), while I do look forward to upgrading in the near future.
While the price of the ViaVoice Gold has gone down, I have not
encountered any rebates for a standard ViaVoice user other then the
competitive upgrade offered to all.
Since I do have minor problems with repetitive strain related to mouse
use, I look forward to getting into some command and control stuff with
ViaVoice Gold. In the meantime, however, your posting raises for me a
question, to which I have not figured out an answer:
What is the best way of getting speech recognition software to recognize
a web site address in its proper format? As in
http://www.out-loud.com/ (typed manually).
Whenever by start out with a http:// (which I trained to be a phrase) I
get into a mess, especially with the ".com" (which I just inserted
manually). Do you have a suggestion that would help about this newbie?
Thanks.
Regards, Alan
