I do I use Windows NT myself, but my husband does. He was telling me
just last night that the minimum requirement in terms of RAM is 32
megs and that was not sufficient. That's just for the operating
system. He said that at his office they have jumped up to 64 for
adequate performance with their applications. These do not include
voice recognition. So I think that insufficient RAM is clearly a
source for your problems, that and, as Rose mentioned, the failure of
many programs to return resources when they're closed. Hope this
