I can be dictating happily in DD when I find I have problems
getting the word "for" to be accepted. What happens is that the
previous word is accepted, I then say "for", this appears as choice
1 in the choice list replacing the previous word but not appearing
in my document... as if I had said "edit one" to correct my previous
word and dictated f o r. If I continue dictating without noticing
what had happened the word for then replaces my previous word.
As I have dictated this message I have noticed this strange behaviour
in about two instances of the times I said for, but not every time.
I have noticed this happening in Eudora and PowerPoint... so it doesn't
seem to be application specific. To get out of this tangle I have had
to switch to command mode and to say "type word", "for".
As you can imagine it's really annoying! Any ideas?
