I don't know the exact answer to your question, but wish to point out that
if you were doing this with DragonDictate, then the first quoted argument
would be "Dragon Voicebar". Since this is very unintuitive, perhaps the
corresponding argument for NaturallySpeaking is equally unintuitive.
