naturally speaking not learning

I have the 2.02 version of Naturally Speaking. The computer hardware is
supposed to be OK. Despite training endeavours, the error rate is not
improving. This includes general training, use of vocab builder, and
reading a paragraph, correcting by highlighting phrases and reading the same
paragraph again. Error rate is much the same. Three different microphones
have not helped. Company from which the software was purchased say sound
card (Sound Blaster 16) and rest of the set up is fine. (200/64).


Frustration+++.


Any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated.
