I believe that the address that they provide for the downloadable demo is
incorrect.

This archive self-extracts into two pretty cool demos.
Note that the underlying tool, MathType, may be more useful to you if you
use it in a non-graphical/less-graphical manner ... there seem to be
several ways to use it.
