Custom voice application development using Borland's Delphi?

Anyone have experience creating voice-enabled applications by using
Borland's Delphi windows application product to interface to one of the
off-the-shelf voice recognition products (e.g. Via Voice, Naturally
Speaking, etc.).


Alternatively, does anyone have experience interfacing Delphi to
Microsoft's speech API. Microsoft's SDK for speech is designed for C++
application development. I believe they have an interface for use with
Visual Basic too.
