speed/accuracy in Nat is well documented (160 wpm, fewer than 1% errors,
5 minute timed test, non-scanned material) v. ViaVoice (1/2 the speed,
15 times the errors). Many, many other posters both to this group and
to comp.speech have reported similar results to mine. There has to be a
key somewhere to explain the difference in experiences, but I haven't
found it. Having said all that, I don't believe that any VR company has
come up with exactly what we all want - true continuous speech into any
Windows app with total voice command and control and total scripting
capability resulting in total hands free operation and dictation of the
computer system after the on switch is thrown -all through a single
software. I am approaching that with a combination of Nat Deluxe,
Dragon and Speechtrieve but would like to see all of the capabilities of
the three in one unified product.
