Telephone switch box

Does anyone know if there is a product available that is a telephone
switch box which has 3.5mm/1/4" female inputs and the same size male
outputs?


It seems like the only available alternatives have a propriety
connector on the input side. Would an adapter work? I want a switch
box but I don't want to be tied to any particular manufacturers
headsets.
