Much, but not all, of the command and control facility of DragonDictate is
included in the NaturallySpeaking Deluxe macro language. The macros are
treated as "commands" and therefore there must be a pause (250 msec by
default) before and after the command is spoken. Within the command, you can
speak continuously. There are several other subtle differences in the
products.
I've had a client play Solitaire with NaturallySpeaking Deluxe -- without even
writing a macro.
The more you know about these products, the harder it is to answer your
questions completely!
