I seem to be able to run the Visual C++ debugger while using Dragon Dictate! I am currently running applications that run in a DOS window and debugging seems to work just fine. I did try running a dialog-based application and found that as long as I didn't use any voice commands right before I hit a breakpoint I didn't have to even put Dragon Dictate to sleep, but it would crash sometimes.
I'm still figuring out what doesn't work, but it appears that debugging by voice works sometimes. It definitely appears to work when my application runs in a DOS window.
