Question #1  I haven't tried it but Dragon's Power edition has a text-to-speech

element.  Might want to ask Dragon systems about it.   



Question #2:  I would question the value of voice-actuated equipment such as

wheelchairs.  I'm not sure about how much safety could be built-in to vr.  For

instance:  a sudden noise activating the chair, or sudden environmental noises

preventing a "stop" utterance being "heard" and implemented by the software.
