I believe both of these can be done, however each person will still have to

add their own pronounciations.  



If no one is able to answer your questions here, I suggest you post your

questions in the IBM VoiceType forum on CompuServe "Go VoiceType" or contact

your local reseller.  This group is pretty much a Dragon area and most of us

VoiceType people are no longer posting here.
