Dear Jim,
I'm in the same situation as you (programmer/rsi (visual basic)). Don't
only look at vr s/w to solve *all* your problems - you'll get rsi of the
voice! also consider things such as a proper keyboard, a
trackball/footmouse, gloves to keep hands warm, etc. also consider less
direct things such as alexander tech., stress reduction. the sorehand
listserv is a good source of such info (if a little noisy).
