(We are using DD 2.51 with windows 95.) 1.) If we want to use the same vocabulary files for multiple users and avoid constantly exporting and importing files, is there any way to make the vocabulary global so that it is automatically updated and shared by all users? 2.) Also, could 2 or more users have a dialog that DD could recognize without having to explicitly switch users manually or vocally when the other user wants to speak? (We have already set the maximum number of users in Options appropriately; we just need to know if DD can seamlessly switch between current users.) 3.) Currently we run DD in command mode using SendKeys to send the recognized speech to an (active) telnet application. The problem with this is that the machine can't run any other application while this is going on; we were wondering if it's possible to have DD send the strings of recognized text to a C program that's running at the DOS level (underneath windows) so that we can run other windows applications while this is going on. (We want the C program to run behind the scenes sending the strings it receives from DD through a socket to a UNIX machine which will interpret the strings and decide what to do based on what we have said.) I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions/solutions to any of these questions. Thanks, --Kavita Thomas, A.I. Lab, M.I.T.
