one vocab, multiple apps

How do I use the same vocab with multiple applications? eg I've got a

vocab for

access, which I would to use with visual basic (it's all code stuff, no

screen/menu

control, so no compatibility problems).



Also, every time I work with a new control/dialog box, DD adds a new

group to my

vocab eg 'text1' or 'find and replace'. is there any way of stopping

this?
