Rukesh-- Dragon Dictate, IBM VoiceType and many other speech recognition systems offer continuous recognition, only not in dictate mode (at least, i don't think so). You can use command mode to send your continuous speech to the active application. I haven't tried this over a huge vocabulary tho.
