I am sure there is an easier/more elegant way to do it but this is the way I do it (I use 2.51, this may be different in any other version of Dragon). 1. In the Vocabulary manager, select any non-system vocabulary (I usually use Solitaire) 2. Click on Group|Add Group 3. Add a group to the Solitaire vocabulary and add the new words within the group. 4. Click on the Solitaire Vocabulary|"new group name" folder icon then click on Group|Move 5. Select System, Always active from the drop down list. 6. Your new group with its associated words will now be in the System vocabulary. (save voice files) Hope this helps, Rose
