At 21^st Century Eloquence^®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide high quality voice recognition products with personalized service and support. Should you need to return an item, we will do everything possible to make the process quick and easy under the following guidelines.

You MUST obtain an RMA# from 21^st Century Eloquence^® prior to shipping product back to us. This will help to ensure a fast and accurate refund for your item. Items shipped without an RMA authorization will be returned to you. Please call customer service at 1-800-245-2133 for your RMA number.

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of the following items to 21^st Century Eloquence^®  for a full refund or credit to your account.

• Any unopened software package
• Any unopened headset, microphone, recorder or sound card.
• Any Soft Bundle Professional, Medical or Legal series software
• Any item that is damaged or defective

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from 21^st Century Eloquence^®. Please check carefully to make sure that your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements for running the software package that you have selected.
