We welcome the opportunity to provide international customers with digital recorder, microphone and transcription solutions located in countries in which our product agreements allows us to sell. We CANNOT quote or supply Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice recognition to clients outside North America.

Currently, we are able to provide technical solutions to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Sales to these countries must be handled differently than our US sales and of course there are always certain shipping considerations to take into account so we have outlined those details below for your review.

  • Requests For Quotes - to receive a quotation on any item you find on our web site, simply click the "ask a question" drop-down menu located at the top right hand side of this page and select "request for quote" from the list and fill out the form indicating what items you are interested in purchasing, and how many you need. Based on that information, we will then be able to e-mail to you pricing information including shipping costs from Florida to your location. We are unable to process online/credit card orders from international customers at this time.
  • Payment - payment for software or equipment must be made by verifiable wire transfer "ACH" to our bank, or you can send us an international money order. For security reasons, we are not able to take credit cards for international customers at this time.
  • Shipping - shipping from Florida to countries overseas can be expensive so we have several options available to help keep shipping costs down for you. If your need for equipment is not urgent, we can take advantage of lower shipping costs by choosing slower shipping options that are reliable and dependable and cost you less. Please contact us at info@voicerecognition.com for more information or to get a quote on various shipping options to your country.
  • Taxes and duties - you will be responsible for paying whatever taxes, tariffs and duties are necessary to receive our equipment in your country. Please check your local laws and ordinances which apply to the payment of extra fees ahead of time so that you are able to get your equipment as quickly as possible.
