Can Voice Recognition software replace medical transcriptionists?

Hi

My name is Sid and I am writing on behalf of an internet start-up company in India. Our one great worry is whether voice recongnition software can replace the need for medical transcriptionists? If so how much time do we have until this happens? Can any experts in the industry take a guess on this?
