Voice Recognition software

We are interested in using a voice recognition system. We have Compac Deskpro Pentium II/33MHz, Memory is 32MB. We are using WordPerfect 6.1 and Windows 95. Which software would work best for us? We have several physicians with fairly heavy foreign accents.
